A little about me

Ben Pattison wants you to feel like you’re being looked after, told the truth and shown all the options – all the time.

His approach is simple – regardless of the scenario: honesty, precision timing, transparency and a dedication to the right result puts set him apart. Taking a common sense route through all endeavours his duty is to take the stress out of buying and selling and to provide a strong foundation from which base your real estate decisions upon.

When it comes to understanding the market and the driving forces behind market activity Ben doesn’t just talk-the-talk and parrot the media spin. Graduating from the University of Western Australia, Ben has conducted economic and public policy research at globally recognised Future Direction International (FDI) as well as the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia (REIWA). As such, he has a comprehensive understanding of the levers affecting the value of your property and the negotiation skills to match.

Combining Ben’s academic experience with a history in sales makes a potent combination. Ben’s experience gives him a great vantage point from which to read the play and win the day for his clients. His command of effective marketing strategies place him head and shoulders above the industry standard. By staying at the forefront of technology Ben can give you edge your property deserves.

Equally as important, being easy to talk to, approachable and down-to-earth are some of Ben’s greatest strengths. No matter the day or the topic you can always find good conversation and an open mind eager to learn and trade insights with.

Ben’s favourite topics include all those one traditionally shouldn’t mention at the dinner table, however, being a multi-instrumentalist, his true passion has always been Music. During his free-time you’ll find Ben down the beach, writing or performing music,or enjoying all our beautiful city has to offer.

Let Ben be the breath of fresh air you’ve been after for your real estate transactions today.
